The customer is required to pay the subscription fee in advance, fill out the subscription form, and select meals from the attached menu for the entire subscription period.</strong></p> <p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl"><strong>2. Customers can try the meals before subscribing by choosing the trial package.</strong></p> <p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl"><strong>3. The customer must place the meal box in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt to preserve the health and nutritional value of the meals. Meals should not be kept for more than 48 hours and must not be consumed after that. The restaurant is not responsible for improper storage or meals left for more than 30 minutes after delivery.</strong></p> <p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl"><strong>4. If the customer wishes to stop receiving meals, they must inform the restaurant at least 24 hours in advance.</strong></p> <p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl"><strong>5. If the delivery driver finds that the customer or their representative is not present to receive the meals for more than 5 minutes at the delivery location, the meals will still be charged.</strong></p> <p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl"><strong>6. There are 5 reserve days for monthly subscriptions over the subscription period, allowing the customer to postpone, and the restaurant must be notified of the postponement 24 hours in advance.</strong></p> <p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl"><strong>7. If the customer independently stops receiving meals without notifying the restaurant and the subscription period ends, the customer is not entitled to claim a refund for the remaining undelivered meals.</strong></p> <p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl"><strong>8. If the customer wishes to change the delivery address or the delivery time slot, it is allowed only once, provided they notify the restaurant at least 72 hours in advance. A relocation fee of 35 SAR is charged each time.</strong></p> <p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl"><strong>9. No refund is allowed under any circumstances after payment.</strong></p> <p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl"><strong>10. Transferring the subscription to another package or to another person incurs a fee of 100 SAR for monthly subscriptions and 25 SAR for weekly subscriptions.</strong></p> <p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl"><strong>11. Customers can collect meals from any of the six available branches without issue.</strong></p> <p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl"><strong>17. For direct pickup subscriptions, meals are selected during the customer’s visit to the restaurant, noting that available options change every hour.</strong></p> <p class="ql-align-right ql-direction-rtl"><strong>18. If the subscription period ends and the reserve days have expired, the subscriber is not entitled to receive the remaining meals, unless the subscription is renewed. The remaining meals are transferred to the next subscription, provided that the subscription does not exceed 30 days after its expiration. If the subscription ends and there are remaining unclaimed meals, the subscriber is required to renew the same package type they were previously subscribed to.
